Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our automated system.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
